Al-Wafa Bank has called for the convening of its General Assembly on Thursday, January 29, 2026, to review the Management Committee’s report on the bank’s activities and to approve the balance sheets and final accounts from 2011 through 2024.
The agenda also includes approving the appointment of the external auditor for the 2025–2026 period, forming the Sharia Supervisory Board, forming the Board of Directors, and addressing any other business that may arise.
