The French intelligence website Africa Intelligence reported on Tuesday that the Tunisian ETRAF Group is engaged in constructing projects dating back to before 2011, spanning from Benghazi to Tripoli.
The French outlet noted that construction has recently resumed on a five-star hotel within the new Andalus Tourist Complex in the capital, Tripoli, as well as on the future Libyan–European Hospital, according to the site.
