Our source has exclusively obtained a contract signed between the former Chairman of the National Oil Corporation, Farhat Bengdara, and its current Chairman, Masoud Suleiman, which stipulates that the latter receives a monthly salary— in his capacity as Chairman of the Mediterranean Company—amounting to €22.4K, with an annual increase of 3%.
The contract states that Masoud Suleiman holds full authority to represent the company and sign on its behalf, in addition to directly managing commercial and financial operations under the supervision of the Board of Directors of (MOSC), with automatic renewal of the contract.
It also specifies that the company covers all necessary expenses and costs incurred by the executive director in the course of performing his duties.
Furthermore, the contract emphasizes maintaining professional confidentiality and enforcing non-compete obligations to ensure the stability and expansion of the company’s operations in the oil services sector. It also guarantees salary payment for up to three months in case of illness. In the event of death, the company is committed to paying the net salary and benefits to the contractor’s family (widow or minor children) until the end of the month.
