The French website Africa Intelligence revealed on Monday that the National Oil Corporation has secured a favorable deal for the Ras Lanuf refinery.
The French outlet added that the National Oil Corporation has finally succeeded in purchasing the share of the Emirati oil refining company Trasta Energy in “LERCO,” their joint venture located in the Gulf of Sirte, according to the French website.
