Our source obtained a copy of a circular issued by the Government of National Unity instructing affiliated entities not to implement judicial rulings concerning oversight bodies unless they receive direct approval from the government.
The directive comes after the government withheld all official data.
According to the correspondence, the Government of National Unity requested that its affiliated entities refrain from receiving any notifications, precautionary orders, or instructions issued by oversight authorities unless they are first reviewed and approved by the Council of Ministers in its capacity as the executive authority.
