The French intelligence website Africa Intelligence reported on Tuesday that the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, is once again turning to the American lobbying firm Mercury Public Affairs to reach the White House.
The site confirmed that Dbeibeh granted a new contract worth €70,000 per month to the U.S. lobbying firm to influence the Trump administration on his behalf.
