The French website Africa Intelligence reported on Monday that secret partners in Libya are helping the Nigerian company Oando secure an oil license in the country.
The website added that the Nigerian oil company Peters has established relations with several key figures in Libya, who allegedly exercised covert pressure on behalf of the National Oil Corporation, according to the French outlet.
