Al Wafa Bank Announces Public Tender for Technical, Financial, and Consultancy Services

Al Wafa Bank has announced its intention to launch a public tender inviting technical and financial proposals, along with integrated consultancy services. These services include study, design, and supervision for the completion of an existing administrative building for the bank.

The project is located in Abu Hreida area in Tripoli, on a land area of 757.6 m², with a total built-up area of approximately 6,060.8 m². The building consists of six upper floors, a ground floor, and a basement, with its front façade overlooking a public park.

Specialized national engineering and consultancy firms that meet legal requirements and have the necessary expertise are invited to purchase the tender documents from the bank’s headquarters in Tripoli (Tripoli Tower – Tower No. 1 – 7th Floor – Administrative and Human Resources Department), during official working hours from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, starting Tuesday, April 7, 2026, after depositing a preliminary fee of 500 LYD into account number 3000233 at the Tower branch.

Interested companies must submit the following documents:

  • A letter addressed to the Tender Committee expressing interest in المشاركة.
  • Valid licenses for practicing engineering consultancy.
  • Any local or international accreditations (if available).
  • Membership in engineering syndicates or associations.
  • ISO certifications (if available).

Applicants are also required to provide proof of experience, including:

  • At least 10 years of experience in architectural and engineering design.
  • Mandatory experience in designing banking projects.
  • Mandatory experience in designing central vaults and banking security systems.
  • Submission of 3 to 5 similar reference projects, including details such as project name, location, value, area, year of execution, and client contact information.

Important Note:
The deadline for submitting proposals is within 15 days from the date of announcement. Proposals must include the official technical and financial forms prepared by the bank. Al Wafaa Bank reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet the stated requirements.
