The Prime Minister of the Libyan Government of the House of Representatives, Fathi Bashagha, answered exclusively a question by our source about the government’s financial plan and budget.
Bashagha said: “We have developed an integrated plan based on a budget that will be proposed to the House of Representatives and will be revealed soon. We have a vision for development in all Libyan municipalities according to a clear and transparent mechanism set by the Ministry of Local Government.”
He added: “We will not continue to ignore the conditions of citizens anywhere, which have reached an unprecedented level of suffering in treatment and in various aspects of life.”
