Exclusive… Abousheiha Refers a List of 30 Suspicious Companies to the Administrative Control Authority and Calls for an Investigation: Full Details Inside
Our source has exclusively obtained a letter from the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy of the Government of National Unity, Suhail Abousheiha, addressed to the Administrative Control Authority, regarding the inability to trace the impact of imported goods in the local market.
After granting the concerned companies sufficient time to submit their files, import documents, disclosure of goods data, trademarks, and distribution networks, it was found that 30 companies failed to submit any files or documents proving their actual importation of cooking oil. No trace of their products or trademarks was identified in the local market.
Accordingly, the letter requests that the matter be presented to the Head of the Administrative Control Authority to take the appropriate supervisory measures and to open an administrative and technical investigation to verify the extent of the companies’ compliance with the law, identify any shortcomings or violations, and take the necessary legal action against them.
