Exclusive: Al-Hangari Fails to Respond to Administrative Control Authority Summons; Investigations Expand to Senior Officials at the Export Development Authority
Our sources told our source that Mohamed Al-Hangari, the head of the Libyan Export Development Authority, failed to appear before the Administrative Control Authority after being summoned for questioning.
According to the sources, the Administrative Control Authority has proceeded with investigative measures involving the Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs and the Director of the International Cooperation Office.
The sources further stated that several other officials within the Authority have been summoned, including:
- The Director of the Internal Audit Office
- The Director of the Legal Affairs Office
- The Head of the Finance Department
- Members of the committee overseeing the building project
The report attributes these claims to unnamed sources and states that the investigations have expanded beyond the Authority’s chairman to include a number of senior administrative and financial officials connected to the matters under review.
