The Central Bank of Libya informed our source exclusively that the execution exchange rate for pending personal allowance allocations will be 6.3 dinars in cases where the card has not yet been charged.
An additional 0.5% fee will also be applied, bringing the rate to around 6.4 dinars once the transactions are executed through exchange companies.
