Exclusive: Dbeibeh Approves First Amendment to the Operating Agreement for Area 91 (Al-Nafoura – Awjila)

Our source has exclusively obtained the decision of the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, approving the first amendment to the operating agreement for Area 91 (Al-Nafoura – Awjila).

This agreement is concluded between the National Oil Corporation, Austria’s OMV company, and the Arabian Gulf Oil Company.
