Exclusive: Document Reveals Forced Opening of the Financial Affairs Safe at the Islamic Call Society and Transfer of Ownership Records

Sada Economic Newspaper has obtained a document alleging that the safe located in the Financial Affairs Office of the Islamic Call Society at the Al-Jebs Gate headquarters, headed by Abubakr Al-Trabulsi, was forcibly opened. According to the document, the safe contained ownership certificates for the Society’s assets, as well as financial records and documentation.

The document states that the ownership documents and related records were transferred to another location while the former Director of the Financial Affairs Office was on an official assignment outside Libya.

Former Financial Affairs Office Director Mohamed Shita stated that the safe, which contained ownership documents, investment records, asset documentation, and financial files, was opened by a specialist in safe unlocking, allegedly through an individual identified as Abdulrahman Al-Warfalli.

The document further indicates that, following the opening of the safe and the transfer of its contents, the key to the Financial Affairs Office safe was handed over to Abubakr Al-Trabulsi.
