Exclusive.. Documents reveal: Head of LPTIC Activates a 250-million Contract He Prepared While Leading Hatif Libya Company

The head of the Telecommunications Holding Company, Yousef Abu Zwaida, has begun implementing a major contract that he had previously prepared during his tenure as Chairman of the Board of Hatif Libya Company. The contract, between the company and World of Technology, has a total value of 250 million dinars.

According to exchanged correspondence obtained exclusively by our source, the first party (Hatif Libya Company) is obligated to pay 100 million dinars to World of Technology, in addition to 150,000 dinars to the mentioned private company, in return for setting up the licensed power network to be operated.
