Our source has obtained a copy of the Audit Bureau’s report revealing corruption cases at the Customs Authority, including the disbursement of 400,000 dinars to “Libya Center for Technical, Electronic, and Office Equipment” to equip the headquarters of the Administrative Committee of the Social Welfare Fund through direct contracting.
Documents obtained by our source also revealed that the same company had previously received the same amount in 2015, with indications that the payment was allegedly repeated through invoice manipulation and the resubmission of old invoices as new financial entitlements.
