Our source obtained a letter from the management of the Mediterranean Oil Company addressed to the London-based Murzuq Oil Company, requesting the suspension of procedures related to the establishment of Midstream Monaco.
This decision comes based on resolutions issued by the company’s Board of Directors to withdraw the decision establishing Midstream and to revoke the decision appointing its Board of Directors.
