Our source has exclusively obtained a decision issued by the Board of Directors of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) appointing Issa Rashwan as Deputy Director of Taqnia Engineering Services Company, while granting him the salary and employment benefits allocated to the position of General Manager.
The appointment comes after Rashwan was removed from his position within the National Oil Corporation, and the department he previously headed was abolished.
