The Public Prosecution has requested exclusively Sahara Bank to transfer the approvals for financings granted to entities and the executing party, as well as to provide the allocations schedule, financing steps, decisions forming the bank’s Higher Financing Committee, the bank’s credit policy, and the list of granted financings along with the beneficiary companies.
The request includes submitting all financing files and the legal documents of the beneficiary companies.The Public Prosecution further instructed the bank to halt any withdrawals from the accounts of companies that received financing—and any linked accounts—except for amounts equivalent to monthly salaries for individuals, until the investigations are concluded.
