Exclusive.. With Documents, Arkenu Ships 1.2 Million Barrels of Libyan Oil to China

Our source has exclusively obtained documents showing that Arkenu Oil Operations carried out a large crude oil shipment in 2025 bound for China, totaling 1.2 million barrels of crude oil.

According to the documents, the shipment was loaded onto the oil tanker “QUARTANUS” from the Marsa Al-Hariga Oil Port in Libya. The vessel is expected to sail toward its final destination at the Port of Shanghai in China.

The documents further state that the exported crude originates from the Sarir and Messla fields, and is characterized by high-quality specifications based on analyses approved by the Libyan Petroleum Institute and the National Oil Corporation.

The shipment reportedly has an estimated API gravity of 38.3, indicating a relatively light crude oil grade.

The documents confirm that the cargo is destined for the buyer “Panam International Holding Company”, based in Dubai, with oversight and documentation handled through the Trade and Employment Bank in Geneva, Switzerland.
