Our souce has exclusively obtained critical documents exposing the involvement of Abdullah Gaderbouh, Head of the Administrative Control Authority, in financial corruption allegations.
The documents confirm that he received illicit funds estimated at 3.5 million dinars, deposited by the company “Al-Rabea for Contracting and Supply” into his account, after the company’s accounts were directly funded from the Petroleum Facilities Guard account. It is noteworthy that Libyan law prohibits regulatory authority employees from receiving any money or benefits from other entities.
