Our sources reveal, with documents, who is responsible for the delay in disbursing the rental allowance grant to the displaced.

Our sources obtained exclusively the correspondence of the Minister of Finance in the National Unity Government, Khaled Al-Mabrouk to the Minister of Social Affairs, Wafa Al-Kilani.

The correspondence included canceling all procedures for disbursing subsidies for the displaced people of Murzuq, and returning all appropriations to the sections of the budget, with the exception of the appropriations of Chapter Three, to the General Revenue Account and providing him with a proof of that.

The Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, Adel Jumaa, announced today the agreement of the Ministries of Social Affairs and Finance to disburse six months of a grant for rent allowance to the displaced within a week.

A correspondence has been published previously containing the Minister of Finance of the Government of National Unity, Khaled Al-Mabrouk, handing over his duties to the Minister of Transportation, Mohamed Al-Shahubi, due to the refusal of the Minister of Finance, Khaled Al-Mabrouk, to exchange, according to our private sources who informed us of this.
