The Advisor to the Audit Bureau: « Our project is large, and the Bureau seeks to achieve its strategic goals in balance to preserve public money »

The Human resources and institutional performance development advisor, Anwar Al-Ajarmeh, at the Tripoli Audit Bureau, stated during the launch of the strategic plan 2022-2026 to our source that « We are working here within the USAID project, one of its objectives is to develop the performance of regulatory institutions over public money; Our large project includes strategy, operational planning, and human resource organization, as I started work on this file. »

He continued : « Beginning with the verification of the current situation, and with God’s help, it will move to the next stage, which is the process of diagnosing and exiting the real gap in the Bureau with regard to structural and organizational matters, and then we move to the stage of construction and implementation on the ground. »

He added: « This is done by setting up organizational structures and job descriptions for employees. We will also work on developing some policies and systems. I believe that we are dealing with a team led by a president who believes in the process of change and development. This message is a sacred message that the Libyan citizen must be affected by. The truth is that the start of this confidence and ability to achieve The strategy of this Bureau is to reach one day positive results that the citizen can witness. »

He concluded by saying: « The Bureau has clear directions and is taking quick steps, keeping in mind to achieve its strategic goals in a balanced way. There is support for the project from the highest levels, and we hope to reach a conclusion that is to preserve public money. »
