The Central Bank publishes a statement of revenues and expenditures with all the details in order to achieve transparency and disclosure
A statement by the Central Bank of Libya revealed that oil sales revenues until June 30 amounted to 37.3 billion, revenues from oil taxes 6.4 billion, and revenues from oil taxes for previous years 11.4 billion.
Taxes reached 627 million, customs reached 34 million, communications reached 146 million, revenues from selling fuels in the local market amounted to 90 million, and other revenues amounted to 505 million, with a total of 56.5 billion.
When publishing the statement, the Central Bank said: “The Central Bank of Libya is pleased to provide you with its monthly statement of public revenue and expenditure, which covers the period from 01/01/2022 to 06/30/2022 in its new form.”
On this occasion, the Central Bank of Libya confirms its continued efforts to achieve the highest rates of disclosure and transparency through many available tools, in order to involve all state institutions and citizens in awareness of the state’s economic and financial reality.
