A source at the Central Bank revealed exclusively to our source that the Banking Operations Department at the Central Bank, Tripoli, had started implementing permissions to exchange salaries for the month of May.
This is for all sectors and will be referring them to the authorities’ accounts with the Central Bank of Libya and commercial banks.
