The directors board of the Libyan Organization for Information and Communication Technology sends a letter to Ben Ayad requiring the publication of the technical, financial and annual reports publicly through LPTIC website and the websites of its subsidiaries
The Chairman of the of directors board of the Libyan Organization for Information and Communication Technology, Amin Saleh, sent a letter to the President of the General Assembly of the Libyan Post, Telecommunications and Information Technology Holding Company.
The letter stipulated maintaining and supporting competencies, technical capabilities and practical experiences in the subsidiary company and the LPTIC Company, as well as legalizing employment and long-term or permanent contracts for employed engineers and expertise only, after fulfilling the internal conditions of standards, experience and efficiency, in addition to not initiating random recruitment of non-skilled for what can be caused of obstruction of the telecommunications sector and waste of public money.
The stability of subsidiaries is also maintained in all financial, technical, administrative, legal and structural aspects, due to the serious effects that administrative and financial chaos may cause in a service and national sector such as telecommunications, as well as avoiding the quotas of administrative and technical centers, especially the regional and political ones for those who do not meet the conditions of employment and work with productivity. Especially efficiency in the field, in addition to sparing the Telecom Holding Company and its subsidiaries non-commercial services and the excessive use of social responsibility allocations to finance some activities and services financed by the state’s public treasury, and the company’s focus on raising revenues and expanding investment in the same field while improving the quality and diversification of services.
In addition to completing previous investment and strategic projects and plans with consideration of the possibility of developing, adhering to the correct law, administrative and technical hierarchy, and consulting with experts, each according to his specialization and field, in addition to publishing technical, financial and annual reports in an open manner through the LPTIC website and the websites of affiliated companies and the Communications and Informatics Authority website, in addition to cooperating with civil society organizations that engage in technical activity and allocating spaces for dialogue with technical communities, whether in live forums or through virtual media.
