The Municipal Guard declares to our source regarding the gasoline containing impurities issue

The first agent of the Municipal Guard, Muhammad Al-Naem, told our source regarding the news circulating about the presence of a fuel defect, where he said: “According to the available  information, in the city of Benghazi, the Municipal Guard was assigned to the Benghazi branch by the authority that they deal with the municipalities to take samples from the stations and transfer them to make sure if there is water or fuel defect as they say, or if the same stations have a leakage in the water tanks or the stations tanks are dilapidated. This information is not available, yet is circulated on the pages of social networking sites.”

He also said: “We have not yet received an official communication that there are stations with a defect in the city of Tripoli. We wandered inside the stations today and it became clear that the provision of them is normal. There may be a defect, when we were searching for some stations or during the tours, for the stations owners with run-down stations tanks. We received a communication about that, and we did our work regarding them.”

He concluded by saying: “For Brega Company, I do not know honestly, and even if there is something of this, there are special laboratories and factories such as the petrochemicals plant, the industrial research center, the civilization standards center, or the inspection center at the Ministry of Economy. They have several centers that determine the results.”
