Our exclusive sources confirmed the continued detention of the Director of the Trademarks Office, Salah Al-Hawali, who was appointed by the Minister of Economy of the Government of National Unity, Mohamed Al-Huwaij, amid ongoing investigations that include summoning several officials at the Ministry of Economy. This comes in connection with cases related to the forgery of local Libyan trademarks in the market.
According to the sources, there are widespread suspicions involving the illegal use of trademarks, which prompted the relevant authorities to open an investigation file and initiate legal procedures.
