following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Approval of the settlement by the Legal Affairs Department, including a legal opinion from the law office on the corporation&#8217;s position in this case.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirmation from the General Department of International Marketing regarding the financial value owed to the company for late penalties on the shipments delivered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The settlement record affirms that the Libyan state retains the right to resort to legal action if evidence emerges proving the company&#8217;s involvement in supplying fuel shipments that do not meet agreed-upon specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment to be made from the fuel supply account at the Libyan Foreign Bank.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure
