{"id":253733,"date":"2025-04-24T00:28:24","date_gmt":"2025-04-23T22:28:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sada.ly\/en\/?p=253733"},"modified":"2025-04-26T00:31:11","modified_gmt":"2025-04-25T22:31:11","slug":"exclusive-government-of-national-unity-decides-to-register-all-lands-and-housing-sites-under-the-national-housing-program","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sada.ly\/en\/exclusive-government-of-national-unity-decides-to-register-all-lands-and-housing-sites-under-the-national-housing-program\/","title":{"rendered":"Exclusive \u2013 Government of National Unity Decides to Register All Lands and Housing Sites Under the National Housing Program"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Al-Sada Economic<\/em> has exclusively obtained the Government of National Unity\u2019s decision to register all lands and housing site locations \u2014 that have been transferred to it under existing legislation \u2014 in the name of the <em>National Program for Housing and Real Estate Development<\/em>, as well as all project sites managed by the program in accordance with its responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The decision also mandates the Real Estate Registration Authority, in coordination with the State Property Authority and other relevant entities, to take the necessary executive measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Properties transferred to the National Program for Housing and Real Estate Development will be exempt from the standard procedures and regulations for property valuation.
