This case had previously ruled the <strong>unconstitutionality of Law No. 2 of 2023<\/strong>, issued by the House of Representatives, which amended the law governing the Administrative Control Authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the court ruling, it reaffirms for the <strong>second time<\/strong> that <strong>pre-contract oversight<\/strong> is the <strong>exclusive jurisdiction of the Audit Bureau<\/strong>, and no other entity. This puts a definitive end to any legal ambiguity regarding the distribution of oversight powers.
