The goal is to compensate for the sharp decline in production and avoid burdening the state with high costs resulting from using liquid fuel to cover shortages, among other objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the letter, Masoud Suleiman told Dbeibeh that developing block <em>(NC7A)<\/em> would help establish a major hub for gas production and distribution in the region, which would receive gas expected from other fields in the area, such as the Hamada and Al-Atrashan fields.
