The Central Bank of Libya disclosed that total revenues during the first ten months of 2025 amounted to 103.4 billion dinars<\/strong>, while expenditures reached 95.1 billion dinars<\/strong>, resulting in a surplus of 8.3 billion dinars<\/strong>. However, the foreign currency deficit<\/strong> reached 6.4 billion U.S. dollars<\/strong> due to the decline in oil revenues. The deficit was covered by returns from the Central Bank\u2019s investments in its bond and gold portfolios<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Oil revenues deposited at the Central Bank totaled 19.3 billion dollars<\/strong>, while foreign currency sales<\/strong> amounted to 26 billion dollars<\/strong>.
