Our source has exclusively obtained a letter from the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers of the Government of National Unity to the Minister of Finance regarding the correspondence of the Chairman of the Management Committee of the Development Bank, which included a request to release the accounts frozen at the Libyan Foreign Bank based on a previous order from the former Minister of Finance of the Government of National Accord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
