These services include study, design, and supervision for the completion of an existing administrative building for the bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is located in Abu Hreida area in Tripoli, on a land area of <strong>757.6 m\u00b2<\/strong>, with a total built-up area of approximately <strong>6,060.8 m\u00b2<\/strong>. The building consists of <strong>six upper floors<\/strong>, a <strong>ground floor<\/strong>, and a <strong>basement<\/strong>, with its front fa\u00e7ade overlooking a public park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Specialized national engineering and consultancy firms that meet legal requirements and have the necessary expertise are invited to purchase the tender documents from the bank\u2019s headquarters in Tripoli (Tripoli Tower \u2013 Tower No. 1 \u2013 7th Floor \u2013 Administrative and Human Resources Department), during official working hours from <strong>9:00 AM to 3:30 PM<\/strong>, starting <strong>Tuesday, April 7, 2026<\/strong>, after depositing a preliminary fee of <strong>500 LYD<\/strong> into account number <strong>3000233<\/strong> at the Tower branch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested companies must submit the following documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A letter addressed to the Tender Committee expressing interest in \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0634\u0627\u0631\u0643\u0629.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid licenses for practicing engineering consultancy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any local or international accreditations (if available).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Membership in engineering syndicates or associations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ISO certifications (if available).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants are also required to provide proof of experience, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least <strong>10 years of experience<\/strong> in architectural and engineering design.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mandatory experience in designing banking projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mandatory experience in designing central vaults and banking security systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submission of <strong>3 to 5 similar reference projects<\/strong>, including details such as project name, location, value, area, year of execution, and client contact information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important Note:<\/strong><br>The deadline for submitting proposals is <strong>within 15 days from the date of announcement<\/strong>. Proposals must include the official technical and financial forms prepared by the bank.
