The circular will be distributed to commercial banks in preparation for its implementation. The bank also confirmed that the system update has been completed and the necessary tests have been conducted following the addition of the option to purchase foreign currency in cash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bank indicated that an additional shipment of US dollars is scheduled to arrive tomorrow morning at the Central Bank of Libya, ahead of its distribution to bank branches across various regions of Libya.
