The most recent is a <strong>2026 ruling by the Benghazi Court of Appeal<\/strong>, which has been issued with an enforcement order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The source added that <strong>a security body well known to all Libyans<\/strong> is obstructing the implementation of judicial rulings and the law due to <strong>the minister\u2019s family relationship with Abu Bakr Al-Tarabulsi<\/strong>, instead of enforcing and complying with the courts\u2019 decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The source further stressed that <strong>all judgments issued by the Courts of Appeal are binding and enforceable<\/strong>. Together with the applicable laws and legislation, they constitute the legal basis on which the Society relies in carrying out its activities from the capital, <strong>Tripoli<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The source also stated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;We consider all state institutions, including government bodies and oversight authorities in Tripoli, to be partners in any success achieved by the Society, both domestically and internationally. Our approach is based on preserving the Society\u2019s legal status and cooperating with all state institutions in accordance with the law and enforceable court rulings.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The statement concluded:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;There are those who seek to undermine the Society and plunder its resources for personal interests.
