According to Bloomberg, Libya’s National Oil Corporation (NOC) said the brief halt at the El Feel oil field, which has a production capacity of 90,000 barrels per day, followed the shutdown of domestic gas flows at the Mellitah facility early Tuesday morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The agency noted that despite Libya holding Africa’s largest proven oil reserves, the country has experienced repeated disruptions to oil production and public services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
