According to this document, Libya&#8217;s foreign revenues amounted to 52.9bn LYD, as Oil revenues accounted for 37.4 bn Libyan dinars. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">Also, the government expenditures of approximately 23.0bn of LYD. While the 2021 budget has not been passed by parliament, Libyan law provides that the government can receive, in monthly instalments, the equivalent of the previous year&#8217;s budget to carry out its work and pay its agents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">Public service salaries reached 13.3 bn Libyan dinars, which is recorded as more than 50% of total expenditure, public subsidies 8.1 bn.
