We will also work on developing some policies and systems. I believe that we are dealing with a team led by a president who believes in the process of change and development. This message is a sacred message that the Libyan citizen must be affected by. The truth is that the start of this confidence and ability to achieve The strategy of this Bureau is to reach one day positive results that the citizen can witness.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">He concluded by saying: \u00ab&nbsp;The Bureau has clear directions and is taking quick steps, keeping in mind to achieve its strategic goals in a balanced way.
