But civil war broke out in Libya and the company was exposed to theft and damage, as the efforts of Al-Hani Company to demand the due payments and losses of force majeure were constantly hampered due to the coordinated actions of the various authorities of the state .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" dir=\"ltr\">The website continued by saying that on September 30, 2021, the court judge rejected Libya&#8217;s attempt to invalidate the arbitration award as Libya amended its arguments in another attempt to challenge the arbitral award.
