Our source has obtained a copy of a letter issued by the Public Prosecution, addressed to the Head of the National Diabetes Authority and the Chairman of the Medical Supply Organization’s Management Committee, approving the re-export of 1,000 insulin pumps of the “Roche Solo” type.
This approval followed the submission of a meeting report to the Office of the Attorney General, attended by the Head of the National Diabetes Authority and the Chairman of the Medical Supply Organization’s Management Committee. The report included a request for authorization to re-export the pumps based on identified technical defects and contractual violations.
