Our source has obtained a copy of a correspondence containing instructions issued by Central Bank of Libya Deputy Governor Marai Al-Barassi to a bank in the eastern region, directing it not to deal with the Central Bank of Libya in Tripoli at an earlier date.
The correspondence indicates that the Deputy Governor had not unified the Central Bank’s operations.
