The French intelligence website Africa Intelligence reported Friday that British companies are preparing to sign investment and construction contracts in eastern Libya.
The site confirmed that British businessman Daniel Kawczynski has established an association to help restore economic relations between the United Kingdom and Libya. According to the report, this new entity is competing with the long-established Libya-British Business Council.
